client testimonials

" . . . because of Jenna's strong listening skills, she was able to pivot when appropriate and keep me on track.  She has a wealth of lived experience and was able to offer very tangible tips/solutions to help with my development as a senior leader, which I put to use the very next day.  I was particularly impressed with Jenna's calm-under-pressure demeanor.  Having that consistent, calm presence during a global pandemic as well as some organizational turmoil, was such an asset.  I wholeheartedly look forward to our hour together each week."

senior leader, national foundation

“Jenna was able to find a way to help me frame everything I was going through, reflect on it, and turn it into future lessons.  For the first time in my life I actually reflected on a professional job well done long enough to learn from it and let it give me future confidence.  I have done coaching before and I did not expect to get nearly as much out of this as I did.  That is all thanks to Jenna!”
